Assessment Increasing to $230, Board Election Results

All,

The Board of Directors held a meeting on Tuesday July 9th.  The meeting minutes are available via email or online.  The budget passed with 20 to 3 which results in a $230/quarter assessment that will begin 10/1.  Also, the new board was elected of the following people:

1.     Courtney Agbobli

2.     MJ Kloc

3.     Agnes Kot

4.     Bob Magyar

5.     Steven Tommell

The board will determine new officers and term limits in the near future and report back.

We will also be hosting a community dumpster from August 10-24th.  Additional details will be available as the dates get closer.
