Hidden Valley Association – Meriden, CT

Dear Neighbors,

As part of the transition plan, the board had contracted our law firm to create a set of Bylaws to guide the operation of the Association and the Board of Directors.  The first draft of these bylaws has been uploaded to the website under documents.  These bylaws have already included many of the recommendations from neighbors and the Board.  The Association now has an opportunity to make any final changes before voting on acceptance.  We will review the draft bylaws at the November BOD meeting and continue to take input from neighbors until the December BOD meeting.  At that point we will present a final version to the Association.  The BOD will then host a vote at the January meeting to accept these bylaws.  Also at that January meeting we will be initiating the effort to draft new Rules and Regulations and hosting elections for new directors.

Please take the time to review these draft bylaws and become involved in the Association during this critical time.
