The Board of Directors is happy to announce a new service available to our neighbors: Online bill payment. Each invoice sent will include a custom internet address to quickly and easily pay your quarterly assessment online. This link will be printed on mailed invoices and listed as a hyperlink on emailed invoices for those that have signed up for electronic billing. This service will be able to accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic check transfers to allow you the flexibility to pay as you wish; even earning points on credit card reward programs.
There is a $6 convenience fee associated with each online payment. This will be listed on each invoice as a separate line item so it is automatically included when you use the custom link. You are not required to include this fee if you mail your payment by check.
Your payment information is private and secure with Intuit Quikbooks, the company behind our accounting software. It is not shared with Hidden Valley Association, Inc. at any time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Board.

There is a transaction cost but not a monthly maintenance cost. We can not directly pass these costs onto the payee but we can charge a convenience fee for this service compared to the normal check payment service. There will not be an added expense to the association for this service.
