Dear Neighbors,
The Association will be hosting a special election on July 11th to fill three director’s positions until January 2014. The election will take place on July 11th, 7pm at the grassy area behind the mailboxes (weather permitting). The bios and pictures of the three candidates, Angelo, Mick, and Kristi are on the special election page of this website. Other neighbors may announce their candidacy at any time up to the meeting as a write-in candidate.
Households may vote in person at the meeting or submit a proxy. Proxies may be submitted electronically from the email address registered with the Association (same address that received the election package). Simply reply to that email and mark your household’s vote in the proxy from below before July 11th, 2013, at 6pm. Households may also print a proxy form from the special election page of this website and give it to a neighbor or director to be presented at the July 11th meeting.

When will the last 2 meeting minutes and the July financials be distributed?

The meeting minutes will be posted in the next few days. The financials will be presented at the next formal board meeting to be announced once I’ve secured an alternate location in case of inclement weather.
