Dear Neighbors,
There are only two weeks left before the Rules and Regulations vote on June 11th. Voting early and online is the most efficient way to submit your vote. The Board has a target of 100% participation in the vote to ensure that everyone is aware of the changes and has voiced their opinion. We’d like to have as many advance votes as possible so the Board can concentrate our resources on contacting fewer homes to more effectively garner participation.

Can you explain how sections 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 are structured? Am I to understand that section 2.1 Guidance is only written warnings, no penalties; section 2.2 Penalty are where penalties are assessed and 2.3 are the circumstances where foreclosure proceedings can be initiated.

Your interpretation is correct. We tried to tier the penalties to the severity of the infractions, preventing some infraction penalties from leading to foreclosure. This way nobody can loose their home for planting a bush in the wrong spot or for their dog getting out.
