All the materials for the May BOD meeting have now been uploaded to the webpage at http://www.hiddenvalleymeriden.org This includes the agenda, financials, and draft rules and regs and enforcement procedure.
These rules and regulations have the greatest effect on our experiences living within Hidden Valley. Your participation is critical to ensure the rules and regulations represent are successful. This meeting will be the last time to offer changes before the document is voted on by the Association members.

The Board should re-look at getting the previous month’s minutes, financials and current month’s agenda out earlier than about a day before the meeting. Residents don’t have the chance to review and formulate questions in this short amount of time.
